Carol Ellison has partnered with numerous editors, publishers and research groups in the production of books targeted to specific audiences.

SMs. Ellison is a primary contributor to Muniwireless.com, “the voice of public broadband,” and a regular contributor to CRM and Early American Life magazines. Her articles have appeared in dozens of newspapers, magazines and Web sites, including The Washington Post, The Christian Science Monitor, The Newark Star-Ledger, The Cincinnati Post, PCMagazine, VARBusiness, Home PC, Child and Family Fun magazines and numerous technology and education publications and Web sites.

She is the co-author of two books Nurturing Customer Relationships (The Nurture Institute), Parents, Kids & Computers (Random House) and contributed to five others including Novell Netware Power Tools (Bantam Computer Books), The Kids Computer Book (Compute Books), Serving the Youngest Handicapped Children (Capital Publications) and Case Studies: Serving Handicapped Children from Birth to Age 5 (Capitol Publications).

She is also the author of short essays and literary fiction and is currently researching the experience German-American infantrymen during World War II.
